Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If a downgrade leaves you over the seat or guidance cap, new invites and uploads pause until you return to compliance — existing data is never deleted automatically.
Why only one admin per organisation?
Compliance accountability requires a single owning identity for billing, team changes, and guidance uploads. Allocators (regular users) handle day-to-day project work, and viewers (e.g. external auditors or consultants) get read-only access.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is sized to your team — capacity, seats, custom guidance, AI remediation chat, SSO, and SLA are all set during onboarding. Get in touch via the contact form and we will scope a package for you.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards and SEPA Direct Debit for EU-based customers.
What guidance documents are pre-loaded?
We maintain a curated library (EU MDR, FDA 510(k), ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304) updated by our team. Professional and Enterprise customers can also upload their own custom guidance.
Is my data secure?
All documents are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest and in transit. Our platform is built to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards. We never share your documentation with third parties.
